Hotels
A number of hotel rooms in two different price categories have been booked in Venice with arrival 17 February and departure 19 February (additional nights can only be confirmed if available) for the congress. Early booking is highly recommended. All room rates are in € (Euro), per room and night including breakfast, local taxes, service charge and VAT.

Payment and Guarantee
Full hotel pre-payment is required. Your booking will only be accepted when full payment has been received.
Full prepayment by bank transfer
If you are unable to pay by credit card please choose the payment method 'Bank Transfer' below in order for you to proceed with your registration. All bank transfer charges in connection with transferring fees are to be paid by the participant. Bank transfers are not allowed after 13 January 2011. We regret that no personal, company or Euro-cheques will be accepted. Cancellation of hotel reservation: Cancellation of hotel reservation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Sweden AB. Cancellation of any hotel nights reserved will be accepted until 21 December 2010 and the total amount will be refunded. Should you cancel your reservation after 21 December 2010 or if you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds can be made, as the hotel will charge no-show costs. If your reservation goes to no show i.e. you never cancelled or arrived at the hotel you will be charged for the total amount of your accommodation. Full hotel pre-payment is required to guarantee your hotel reservation. No room can be guaranteed until Congrex Sweden AB has received your hotel pre-payment. If you chose not to make your hotel request at the same time you register you are welcome to send your hotel request at any preferred time by e-mailing it to us. Kindly note that there are limited numbers of rooms available and Congrex Sweden AB cannot guarantee room reservation for hotel requests received after 21 December 2010. The hotel is conveniently situated close to Santa Lucia railway station and to the bus terminal and car park in Piazzale Roma. It is only a few steps from all the boat stops that service all stations surrounding the Canal Grande.
