FAAM 2011 Registration Information




* only Members who have paid the full amount of their membership fee for 2011 are entitled to this reduced fee. Please make sure to pay the EAACI membership fee for 2011 before you register for FAAM 2011.

**Applicants must be under 35 years of age and a certificate including date of birth and signature from the Supervisor or Head of Department must be forwarded together with the registration. Please fax to +46 18 13 40 50 or send a scanned copy by email to registration@eaaci-faam2011.com

Payment

The early registration fee has to be paid until 17 December 2010 - otherwise the fee will be raised to the higher advanced registration fee without notice.

The middle registration fee has to be paid until 20 January 2011 - otherwise the fee will be raised to the higher onsite fee without notice.

Registration fees are to be paid in € (Euro).

Bank Transfer Charges

All bank charges for the transfer service have to be paid by the participants.

Late Payment

Fees that have been forwarded too late may not have been credited to the Meeting account when it starts. To avoid double payment, please make sure to bring a copy of your receipt/bank statement. Please note: Down-payments cannot be accepted.

Terms of Cancellation

Cancellation of Registration: Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to Congrex Sweden AB. Cancellations will be accepted until 13 December 2010, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less EUR 50 for cancellation fee. We regret that refunds cannot be made for cancellations made after 13 December 2010.

Changes of Registration and Names

Should you be prevented from attending, you may be substituted by a colleague. An administrative fee of EUR 40 will be charged.

Cancellation of Social Events

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to Congrex Sweden AB. Cancellation of social events will be accepted until 13 December 2010, up to which date the total amount will be refunded. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after 13 December 2010.

The registration desk will be located at the Venetian Foyer at Molino Stucky Hilton.
